Maintenance Process Parameters

Retention Days: The system will retain the report processes for the number of days as specified by the user. If user gives a number for example 10 days, system will retain last 10 days report processes and deletes the rest of the report processes.

Delete If Rows Greater Than: If the user would like to delete huge report processes data then number of rows retrieved can be provided here. For example, if the number 10,000 is given, then the system will delete all the report processes in the system which has record count greater than or equal to 10,000.

From Date: The system deletes the report processes started from the provided date.

To Date: The system deletes the report processes started before the provided date value.

Report Name: The system deletes the report processes with a particular report name, and then the user needs to provide the name in the quotes. For example, if the user gives the report name as %Employee%, then the system deletes all the report processes of reports which contain the provided string. Combination of the parameter values also will work.

NOTE:

  • If the user wishes to delete report processes in between a start date and end date then both From Date and To Date should be provided.

  • If the user wishes to delete reports that contains the string %Employee% with rows greater than 10,000, then the user can provide value in Delete If Rows Greater Than parameter as 10,000 and in the Report Name parameter as %Employee%.
