HCM Data


This module enables you to connect to the HCM data via CSV file and Oracle EBS. 



CSV Loader  


You can connect to a CSV data to retrieve the HR data and run process to load the workforce analytics data. The processes can also be scheduled to run. You have the option to run the process on Full Load and Incremental.

Full load runs all the processes and Incremental runs the delta of the processes.


 


CSV File Sources



Computer


In this case, upload a .csv file or a zip file with multiple CSVs. 


FTP



  • FTP Site: Displays existing FTP Sites available in the system in this drop-down. Clicking on + icon will navigate to Create FTP screen.
  • Remote Site Directory: Provides the directory path where CSV file(s) resides.
  • File Name(s): Provide the CSV file names to be considered for the processing that are available under the directory path mentioned above. Consider the hint provided within the text field to pick the CSV files.
  • Archive Files: The default is Yes. When this is set to No, Archive Folder text field is not visible.
  • Archive Folder: Archive is displayed as the default value in this text field. However, users can override this with any other folder name that they want. A folder with the given name should be created under the Remote Site Directory path to archive the CSV files that are being processed.


Local System Directory



  • Directory Path: Provide the directory path where CSV file(s) resides.
  • File Name(s): Provide the CSV file names to be considered for the processing that are available under the directory path mentioned above. Consider the hint provided within the text field to pick the CSV files.


Network Directory



  • Network Share Drive: Displays existing Network Share Drives available in the system in this dropdown. Clicking on + icon should navigate to Create Network Share Drive screen. 
  • Remote Site Directory: Provide the directory path where CSV file(s) resides.
  • File Name(s): Provide the CSV file names to be considered for the processing that are available under the directory path mentioned above. Consider the hint provided within the text field to pick the CSV files.
  • Clicking on Submit button will process the CSV and load primary tables and then secondary tables. 


Notification Setup

You have the option to set error/success notifications that are sent to the email Id’s with a notification message.



Scheduling


You can schedule the process using the schedule icon. You have options for Simple and Advanced scheduling.



  • Mention the start date and select the Repeat frequency. 



Here, you can add more filters for scheduling with options like Start Date, End Date, Months, Days, Date etc. The increment dates will increment dates depending on the value given in the Dates option.


Oracle E Business Suite

Connect to an Oracle E-business suite to retrieve the HR data and run process to load the workforce analytics data. The processes can also be scheduled to run. Select between running full load and incremental load. The same notification settings mentioned in the previous article are applicable here. Full load loads all the tables at once, while incremental loads the delta of the tables. 



Oracle Cloud Application

Connect to an Oracle Cloud Application suite to retrieve the HR data and run process to load the workforce analytics data. The processes can also be scheduled to run. Select between running full load and incremental load. The same notification settings mentioned in the previous article are applicable here. Full load loads all the tables at once, while incremental loads the delta of the tables. 



Taleo Enterprise

Connect to a Taleo Enterprise suite to retrieve the HR data and run process to load the workforce analytics data. The processes can also be scheduled to run. Select between running full load and incremental load. The same notification settings mentioned in the previous article are applicable here. Full load loads all the tables at once, while incremental loads the delta of the tables.
